The two properties available at Villa Melai are

      Cantina and Cascina

The lodging can accommodate 7 persons comfortably:

from the garden day with angle is entered in a wide zone kitchen, zone lunch and dinning-room.

Quickly outside from the door there is a comfortable emplacement with table and chairs and barbecue in order to lunch in the open air.

 

 The kitchen has fridge/freezer, electric furnace, 4 stoves to gas, dishwasher, and is very equipped.

 

Al   first slowly there is a beautiful double room with bathroom and with a small balcony, a room with 3 beds and a bathroom adjacent. The two bathrooms have washbasin with furniture, shower with cabin, bidet and wc.

 

Flat Al earth beside the income of the kitchen is the income of a room to two beds with shower with cabin and a bathroom with washbasin, wc and washing machine.

All the bedrooms have fly screens

In the apartment there are cot and chair for baby.

The two  flats are equipped with  fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, high chair and cot for baby. Sheets and towels are provided.

 In the garden every flat is equipped with barbecue, garden table and chairs for eating out of doors.

All the bathrooms are shower, basin, bidet and wc.

 

Furthermore: There are ten acres of grass and woodland behind the property with footpaths where you can walk. Both properties share the large garden area which has room for children to play . Beautiful swimming pool of irregular shape (16m x 14m) with shallow area for children and hydro massage. Ample parking.

 Cantina : Sleeps 10

Cantina is built on two floors with its entrance from the garden into the spacious sitting room. Satellite TV. Large well equipped dining/kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher and a chair bed. Useful ground floor twin bedded room and shower room - basin, bidet  wc and washing machine . Stairs to the first floor lead to the three further spacious bedrooms - there are two doubles and one with four beds, all en-suite with shower, basin , bidet and wc.

 

The house has terracotta floors and attractive beamed ceilings with some vaulted ceilings on the ground floor. All the bedrooms have fly screens
